You can't escape the desert. You can't escape Sundial.

Rob sees a darkness in Callie, one that reminds her of the family she left behind. She decides to take Callie back to her childhood home, to Sundial, deep in the Mojave Desert. And there she will have to make a terrible choice.

MY REVIEW

What I loved about this story...  It has to be the suspense and mystery in the plot for me that sucked me into the story from the beginning and kept me going all the way through.   Honestly, the daughter (Callie) gave me the creeps and when Annie takes her daughter Callie away from home back to her childhood home that's when the real story starts.  From that moment on I couldn't stop reading.  I needed to know what was going to happen next and with all the twists and turns it was certainly a rollercoaster ride.

What I didn't like about this story...  Although I did enjoy this story a lot, it was very predictable for me.  I would have loved to have been surprised a bit more.

Would I recommend...  A very wierd horror that I feel may be a bit of a like it or hate it type of story.  I am certainly in the camp of like it!
