BOOK BLOG TOURS/INTERVIEWS ETC

I enjoy taking part in blog tours and would welcome any requests.

As well as reviews, I do welcome the chance to post interviews or guest posts.  If you would like an interview or guest post, I would prefer if I could have a copy of your book in advance so I can read this before posting the interview.

WHEN SENDING REQUESTS

When sending requests for reviews, please can you also send a blurb of the book or a link to Amazon, Goodreads or any other site that provides a description of what the book is about. 

FORMATS

All formats accepted (hardcover, paperback and ebook).  If your book is an ebook, please can the format be EPUB or PDF.

TIMESCALES

If there is a particular date that you would like a book reviewed by, please can you let me know as soon as possible (if it is when requesting a review of the book, that would be excellent, as that will help with my scheduling).

If no timescale given, I review books in the following order:

• books with a timescale given;
• books with no timescale given but an expected publication date; and
• books with no timescale and are published already.

There are occasions where the top two points are one and the same.

If a review has been accepted by me, I will review it.  If I unfortunately I haven't been able to get into the book on the first run, I will place this book to one side and pick it up again at a later point.  If you would like me to let you know if this happens, please let me know in your request.

 

TYPE OF REVIEW

I am not a professional reviewer.  I blog/read for fun and for the true love of books.  When reviewing a book, I will not go into technical detail about the book but simply explain more about the story (without spoilers, where possible) and explain my experience of reading that book.

SERIES BOOKS

I do prefer to read books that are in a series in order.  If you would like me to read and review a book that is not the start of the series, I would be grateful if you could provide the books that came before it, so I fully experience the story.

GENERAL

Apart from receiving a copy of the book itself for review, I receive no commission for reviewing books

All reviews given on this blog are my honest personal opinion on my experience of the book.
